people also find that massage gives them relief from a wide range of
difficulties including headaches, anxiety, fibromyalgia, stiff joints, lack of
energy, and dependency on medications, scarring, and depression. As the body relaxes, many physiological
processes have the opportunity to function more optimally, especially

Thai Yoga Massage is a type of massage that has been
practiced in Thailand for over 2000 years.
The client remains fully clothed in comfortable, loose-fitting
attire. The massage is performed on a
mat on the floor, and is a combination of compression and stretching. The massage therapist both presses muscles
and acupressure points, and guides the client through gentle, passive stretches,
always within the client’s comfort zone. The therapist may use their hands,
feet, elbows, knees and legs to facilitate the movements, and rarely uses
oil. The benefits of Thai Yoga Massage
include deep relaxation, quieting the mind, improved body-mind connection,
improved circulation, increased flexibility, greater range of motion, and
relief from pain and muscle tension.
